Unit Overview
Hospitality Group Training have developed a comprehensive online training program in Occupational Health and Safety. This program has been developed for use by the hospitality industry with the focus being on safety in a hospitality environment.
The aim of this course is to provide you with the knowledge to successfully integrate into the workplace in relation to health and safety issues.
Key Topics
Successfully completing this course will go towards the completion of TTHCOR03B Follow health and safety procedures. Topics covered include:
- Roles in the workplace in relation to OH&S
- Overview of the risk management process
- What you should expect to find to help you work safely
- Identifying and managing workplace hazards
- OH&S Policies & Procedures
- Food safety
- Cleaning of equipment
Enrolment Details
The program is available to the whole hospitality industry including AHA members and non-members to use to train their own staff. Online payment is not currently available for this course. To arrange course payment and receive login details contact our office on 8100 1900.
The course costs $20 for AHA Members and $30 for non-AHA members. A Certificate of Completion is awarded on successful completion of the course.
