Hospitality Group Training now have the opportunity to offer Certificate II to further address the skills shortage in Hospitality. This means HGT can offer entry level training and employment to those wanting to gain skills and begin a career in cookery. Certificate II would be offered as a Traineeship and will be a stepping stone to further enhance skills before committing to a four year apprenticeship.
