INDUSTRY MANAGEMENT TRAINING COORDINATOR Paul has over 20 years experience in the hospitlaity training industry throughout the UK and Australia. INDUSTRY TRAINING CONSULTANT Louise is a fully qualified chef and also holds a Certificate IV in Management Patisserie. Louise's past employment has been head chef at Lido Ristorante and did her apprenticeship with HGT. Louise won the HGT outstanding acheivement awward in 2000 and Apprentice of the year in 2001 and now works with all apprentices passing on her valuable knowledge. PAYROLL CONSULTANT Stacey started at HGT in Admin moving onto Payroll Coordinator. This experience gives Stacey first hand knowledge of all Payroll issues and she now consults managers and owners to ensure effective rostering and cost effective employment solutions.
