A joint initiative of the AHA(SA) and the Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Union, Hospitality Group Training (HGT) was formed in 1985 and is the largest employer of hospitality apprentices and trainees in SA, covering all areas of hospitality, including cooks, butchers, kitchen-hands and front-of-house staff.
HGT is a unique entity that offers Group Training and is also a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Our training can be customised to meet your needs and the needs of the industry.

Hospitality Group Training together with the AHA|sa has received Australian Government funding to be able to provide FREE Certificate II training for employers taking on Kitchen Hand Trainees and Food and Beverage Trainees.

HGT are offering the Hospitality Industry an Online OH&S Training Program. This will enable employers to train their staff in correct OH&S Procedures to ensure compliance with the industry.
